AI/LLM Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an AI/LLM Engineer at Tuotempo, you will drive the advancement of conversational AI capabilities, focusing on prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and deploying integrations in production with LLM systems.

In Short

• Work remotely from Italy or Spain or in-person at our offices in Bologna or Barcelona.
• Design and optimize prompts for production voice and chat LLM applications.
• Architect and orchestrate multi-agent systems for complex conversations.
• Build automated testing and validation frameworks for LLM outputs.
• Collaborate with Backend Engineers to deploy and scale LLM-based systems.
• Integrate LLMs with communication APIs like Twilio and WhatsApp.
• Research and prototype multi-agent frameworks and innovative AI techniques.
• Contribute to evolving LLMOps best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and conversation quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on ownership and outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI or similar).
• Strong knowledge in prompt engineering and optimization strategies.
• Experience in evaluating LLMs and defining success metrics.
• Familiarity with automated testing pipelines and CI/CD systems.
• Experience in multi-agent architecture and orchestration.
• Good understanding of transformer architectures and LLM frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to ambiguity.
