Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in design/construction/project management.
• Strong background in interior fit-out management.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Skilled in Excel, Word, MS Project, and CAD.
• Experience in commercial assessments and PM proposals.
• Ability to conduct value engineering and buildability analysis.
• Familiarity with local contractors and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience in contract administration.
