Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will take total responsibility for the overall success of major projects, guiding teams to exceed client expectations while meeting commercial objectives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of project experience in large-scale Office projects.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Skilled in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Experience in commercial negotiations.
• Familiar with China construction market and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate team members and ensure effective delegation.
• Understanding of legal environments for projects.
• Demonstrated market analysis ability.
