Overview

Arcadis seeks a Senior Design-Build Project Director to join our North America Mobility Major Projects team to develop and deliver a strong and coherent business unit strategy and business plan, aligning with the overall Global and North America strategy.

In Short

• Supervise Project Managers/Design Managers on Design-Build projects.
• Manage and deliver complex infrastructure/mobility projects.
• Ensure project performance management and forecasting.
• Focus on client/contractor quality procedures.
• Apply corporate strategy to operations.
• Manage project cash flow and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales & Operations.
• Operationalize service changes across Business Areas.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
• Lead business development strategies.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in large complex projects.
• New York Professional Engineering License or willingness to transfer.
