Senior Product Manager, Payments - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments to lead our payments roadmap end-to-end, shaping the infrastructure, user experience, and partner ecosystem that power our payment flows.

In Short

• Define and own the payments product vision and strategy.
• Build a 3–12 month roadmap balancing user needs and business objectives.
• Identify emerging opportunities in real-time payments and partnerships.
• Translate strategy into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Ensure regulatory and scheme compliance in all payment flows.
• Leverage user and market research to understand consumer needs.
• Monitor KPIs such as payment success rates and processing times.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Drive Djamo payment service expansion to new countries.
• Lead incident reviews and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, 3+ years in Payments.
• Deep understanding of payment rails and compliance considerations.
• Proven experience launching payment products at a fintech.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with agile methodology and leading engineering squads.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with SQL and A/B testing.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French is a plus.
