Account Manager – Events & Telemarketing - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee event-related telemarketing projects on a flexible, project-based basis. This role operates remotely but requires close alignment with South Africa time zone (GMT+3) for meetings, reporting, and daily coordination.

In Short

• Monitor live and recorded calls to assess quality, adherence to scripts, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate call performance, provide feedback, and update quality trackers to maintain high standards.
• Refine and adjust call scripts and outreach messages to improve effectiveness.
• Work with HR to schedule and conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and ensure team readiness.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for management and clients.
• Develop and edit telemarketing and event strategies for continuous improvement.
• Set and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in call center management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in scriptwriting and content management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
