• You will take responsibility for the performance of your clients and run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram tailored to the client's business model.
• You optimize based on your clients' individual North Star metrics.
• You develop hypotheses and testing processes for improving the performance of ad creatives and share the results with clients.
• You serve as the point of contact for the brands you manage.
• You handle campaign evaluations, create reports, and identify optimization potential on/off advertising platforms.
• You cleverly use artificial intelligence to break down complex tasks and find solutions.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record in relation to paid social campaigns.
• You manage your clients with an open, communicative, and friendly manner.
• Your work processes are based on an analytical approach paired with good technical understanding and affinity for numbers.
• AI-first approach and prompting knowledge: You use artificial intelligence as a central driver for your workflows.
• You regularly and proactively inform yourself about the latest trends and developments in the field of social paid ads.
• You are motivated to make a significant contribution to the growth of a young company and to responsibly help build a team.
