Overview

We are seeking a Medical Case Coordinator to assist clients with their medical treatment following an accident. You will ensure clients receive necessary care, communicate with medical providers, and maintain organized medical records.

• Communicate with clinics, doctors, therapists, and other medical providers.
• Ensure timely and appropriate client treatment.
• Track medical appointments, treatments, and progress.
• Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and reports.
• Provide updates to the internal legal team about medical progress.
• Identify and report treatment issues or delays to the attorney.
• Adhere to privacy and compliance rules (HIPAA).
• Guide clients through their medical process and answer basic questions.
• Submit hospital bills to insurance and confirm payments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in medical treatment coordination, case management, personal injury support, or health insurance processes.
• Experience with medical or insurance documentation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and treatment processes.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with clients, medical providers, and internal staff.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
