We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive legal assistant to join our team.

In Short

• Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
• Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.
• Manage a large number of cases effectively, ensuring each receives appropriate attention.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
• Manage the scheduling of physiotherapy sessions and follow up with clients.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in a legal environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
