We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to join a fully remote law practice focused on bankruptcy cases, emphasizing empathy, accuracy, and ethics while supporting clients through urgent financial situations.

• Fully remote position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
• Prepare complete bankruptcy petitions, particularly Chapter 13.
• Conduct means test calculations for eligibility assessment.
• Collaborate with intake team and attorney for accurate petition assembly.
• Perform quality control on petitions to ensure precision.
• Utilize Jubilee bankruptcy software and manage files via Dropbox.
• Participate in daily huddles and maintain client empathy.
• Coordinate original signatures for court requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of U.S. bankruptcy paralegal experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on U.S. bankruptcy paralegal experience.
• Proficiency with bankruptcy software, Jubilee experience a plus.
• Native-level English; Spanish strongly preferred.
