In Short

• Identify Opportunities for AI Adoption: Analyze workflows across EPAD and other teams to uncover opportunities where AI solutions can increase efficiency, scalability, or innovation.
• Advocate for AI Usage: Develop compelling narratives, training material, and own initiatives that encourage adoption across technical and non-technical projects.
• Partner and Innovate: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and deliver impactful internal AI solutions tailored to specific business needs.
• Drive Programs: Design, develop, and lead organization-wide AI programs, ensuring they are impactful, well-structured, and scalable.
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for AI vendors, evaluating offers, managing negotiations, and handling vendor relationships.

Requirements

• AI Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience leveraging and implementing AI technologies to transform workflows and drive innovation.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience partnering with engineering teams building and deploying internal tools using a variety of AI technologies.
• Advocacy Skills: Passion for AI and the ability to articulate its value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Program Management Excellence: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute large-scale programs across organizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and other functions to deliver results.
• Problem-Solving Orientation: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a track record of driving innovative outcomes.
