In Short

• You will support a lead designer in creating a larger ecosystem for our voice and video experience.
• You will create wire-frames, beautiful mockups, amazing prototypes, and help implement your designs.
• You will collaborate with our Core Tech Audio & Video partners to enhance the user experience.
• You will present and communicate your designs to build consensus.
• You will test, learn, and iterate on your designs.
• You will maintain and commit towards our Design System library.
• You will work within a cross-functional team including Engineering and Product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing consumer-focused products.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• A portfolio showcasing your design contributions for desktop and mobile.
• Frequent personal use of Discord and a passion for gaming.
• Ability to communicate ideas through various formats.
• Ownership mindset with a bias towards action.
• Experience working with a design system/library.
