Senior SharePoint Developer (Intranet Development) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement a modern SharePoint Online intranet tailored to organizational needs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of intranet design, information architecture, data migration, security, and user experience—ensuring scalability, security, and usability.

• Design and develop a custom landing page aligned with branding guidelines.
• Build responsive, user-friendly layouts with intuitive navigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define departmental content requirements.
• Establish content governance frameworks and publishing workflows.
• Design document library hierarchies with metadata schemas and version control.
• Implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance policies.
• Configure audience targeting for role-based and department-specific content.
• Leverage SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Power Automate for intranet workflows.
• Deliver admin and end-user training materials and sessions.
• Provide go-live deployment assistance, monitoring, and adoption support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Proven expertise in intranet design, content governance, and user adoption strategies.
• Strong skills in information architecture, data migration, and metadata management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD security.
• Proficiency in Power Automate workflows and SharePoint customization.
• Experience in developing responsive applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 license optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
