Overview

We at DignativeX support our clients in the digitalization of their HR processes. We implement modern software solutions and automate workflows—from the introduction of HR platforms to the development of custom software.

In Short

• Implementation and configuration of HR software for our clients (focus on Personio)
• Analysis of existing HR processes and development of digital solutions
• Building automations and integrations with Power Automate
• Collaboration on the development of our own products and tools using modern web technologies (React)
• Utilization of Vibe Coding / AI-assisted development as part of your daily toolkit
• Direct collaboration with clients—from requirements gathering to go-live

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or software implementation
• Experience with Personio (configuration, workflows, interfaces)
• Knowledge of Power Automate for process automation
• Basic knowledge of React
• AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) — utilizing modern tools for faster and smarter work
• Structured, independent working style
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
