Senior Campaign Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Campaign Developer, you are accountable for the Client outcomes in terms of their strategic agenda and the delivery and execution of our Campaign design, briefing, optimisation and experimentation.

In Short

• Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief.
• Influence and educate clients to make best practice decisions into campaign strategy and execution.
• Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel and other technical teams.
• Work together with senior consultants in a consultative and strategic approach.
• Prioritise multiple tasks and document business requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for dynamic solutions.
• Analyse client data and insights to identify opportunities for additional projects.
• Keep up to date on new technologies and industry trends.
• Understand creative fundamentals and advise on creative techniques.
• Recommend channel planning for multi-channel marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience in handling stakeholder inquiries.
• Experience operating in SAS (Statistical Analysis System).
• Experience in SQL programming for database.
• Strong background in database marketing and performance digital marketing.
• Strong problem-solving, critical and creative thinking.
• Desire to be a key part of a high-performance team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
