Digital.ai Services Consultant - Remote

Overview

Digital.ai Services Consultants are responsible for planning and implementing multiple, consecutive high-touch customer engagements for large enterprise organizations. You will provide customers with a comprehensive, outstanding services strategy inclusive of consulting, technical implementation, and educational services.

In Short

• Interact directly with customer leadership to understand their business objectives and technical goals
• Partner with customers’ DevOps teams to understand current DevSecOps tools and processes
• Architect and implement optimized solutions using Digital.ai DevOps and Continuous Testing solutions
• Document results and outcomes from each project and define best practices
• Contribute to the product design and support knowledge base
• Advise customers on DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Maintain a balanced relationship with customers as a trusted advisor
• Work closely with the Sales Engineering Team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Computer Engineering-related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience with web application platforms
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps solutions like Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
• 3+ years experience delivering custom solutions to customers
• Development skills in at least one programming language
• Ability to coach and collaborate with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel 40%
