The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. This role focuses on building talent acquisition strategies and ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Business level English and professional level Japanese skills.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Focus on IT recruitment with market knowledge.
  • Ability to source candidates via diverse social channels.
  • Detail-oriented and process-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources is desirable.
