Overview

The security of customers’ data and systems is paramount to Dell Technologies. Our Product and Application Security team designs and develops software and techniques to minimize security risks within our products. We seek a Technical Program Manager to join the Dell Product and Application Security Team, managing the security training curriculum and champion program.

• Manage the security training curriculum and security champion program.

• Advocate for Dell Product Security Practices.
• Develop strategy and training resources for security programs.

• Ensure resolution of issues impacting program execution.
• Drive consistency and standardization of defined processes.
• Support user troubleshooting with security training.
• Update stakeholders on program status regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in training program adoption.
• Experience with educational products/learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage dynamic priorities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desirable: Security background.
