In Short

• Act as a design stakeholder, helping shape features that deliver real value to platform users.
• Design and maintain a cohesive, intuitive visual language across Fusion’s product experience.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for data-rich interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Conduct user research and apply design thinking to solve complex UX challenges.
• Produce key UX deliverables (e.g. personas, journey maps) and support usability testing.
• Ensure design implementation meets spec and maintain consistency through reviews and QA handoffs.
• Stay current on design trends and platform competitors to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong product instincts.
• Experience with marketplace-style platforms or multi-sided products.
• Deep understanding of balancing the needs of internal teams and external users.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, creative ecosystem.
