In Short

• Develop comprehensive proposals aligning client expectations with expertise.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, clarifying needs and providing recommendations.
• Attend client calls to gather information and provide technical notes to the internal team.
• Work closely with Business Development to finalize bids and create detailed RFPs.
• Own the transition from pre-production to production, ensuring seamless handoff.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of projects with ongoing visibility into status and progress.
• Collaborate with production leads to improve sales of tailored services.

Requirements

• Experience in the games industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with JIRA for project management.
• Ability to work in PST - EST time zones.
