Overview

The Engagement Manager at Devoteam will collaborate with clients to define their business needs and align them with technical solutions, while managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Previous OutSystems technical experience (around 2 years as a Tech Lead).
• Experience with agile methodologies in projects.
• Expertise in business analysis and translating client needs.
• Knowledge of functional and usability testing (preferred).
• Experience with tools like JIRA for project management (valued).
• Excellent communication skills for different stakeholders.
• Outcome-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Experience in roles like Project Manager or Business Analyst is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
