Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking to incorporate a Business Analyst who will work collaboratively with global and local business stakeholders to improve CRM through process analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification documentation, and change management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM systems.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform for CRM functionalities.
• Drive usage and coverage of key entities for sales insights.
• Work in distributed international teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in Office 365/Power Platform integrations is a plus.
