Junior Sales & Account Assistant - Remote

Overview

Developex is looking for a detail-oriented and organized person who wants to develop in the direction of Sales and Account Management in an international IT company. This is a great opportunity to start or advance a career in a B2B environment, where one can gradually immerse themselves in client work, CRM systems, analytics, and internal business processes.

In Short

• Assist with operational activities related to client accounts
• Prepare and maintain reports in Google Sheets / Excel
• Work with the CRM system: updating, validating, and cleaning data
• Help prepare and send invoices under the guidance of Account Managers
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up with clients
• Filter and process inbound leads based on given criteria
• Add leads and client data to the CRM
• Work with website visitor research and lead intelligence
• Gather information and updates on clients and leads
• Participate in sales experiments and internal team initiatives

Requirements

• English proficiency in written and verbal business communication
• Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Able to work with structured processes
• Good organizational skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Independence and a proactive approach
• Interest in developing in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations
