Developex is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for opening new markets, testing hypotheses, and building a repeatable pipeline for the company's service direction.

• Skills in customer development, structured interviews, and synthesizing insights needed.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency required for communication.
• Experience in creating productized offers that convert into paid projects is desirable.
• Experience with lead magnets and tracking results is a plus.
• Technical literacy in IT services and software development processes is an advantage.
• Design and copywriting skills would be beneficial.
