Overview

As a Principal UX Writer at Booking.com, you will lead the UX Writing and Content Design organization, shaping new products and services through strategies and guidelines while mentoring other writers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX Writing experience in high traffic digital products.
• Proven track record of advocating for UX Writing and influencing teams.
• Experience in building copy strategies and setting KPIs.
• Ability to lead the writing process from brainstorming to shipping products.
• Self-driven with problem-solving skills in a changing environment.
• Experience with language specialists and localization teams.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation techniques.
• Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
