Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

We invite a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global team. You’ll apply your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevSecOps practices to scale and secure the platform that helps thousands of organizations manage their workforce, projects, and payroll efficiently.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Contribute to security best practices, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure secure and reliable systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing scalable Linux-based environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid experience building, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of databases and caching layers (PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached).
• Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Autonomy, self-motivation, adaptability.
