Quantitative Researcher / Statistician / Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a scientific employee (m/w/d) with a solid background in empirical research, statistics, and scientific writing, who will accompany our doctoral candidates in the medical field throughout the entire scientific process – from topic development to the completed dissertation.

In Short

• Accompanying medical professionals throughout the entire doctoral process (writing, evaluation, methodology, structuring)
• Supporting statistical and content-analytical evaluations (e.g., SPSS, MAXQDA, R, or Python)
• Providing expert advice and feedback on scientific work, writing, and methodology
• Quality assurance and scientific supervision of several parallel running projects
• Using modern AI tools to enhance efficiency in the research and writing process
• Coordinating with internal project managers and external supervisors (professors, chairs, research centers)
• Ensuring results, adherence to deadlines, and scientific quality

Requirements

• Completed university degree at the Master's level, ideally with a doctorate (preferably in the medical, psychological, or social sciences)
• Solid knowledge in statistics and/or content analysis
• Very good scientific expression and high precision in writing
• Independent, results-oriented working style
• Resilience, clear communication, and assertiveness
• Enjoy structuring projects, guiding people, and ensuring results
