The German Aid Association e.V. is on the verge of becoming one of the most influential, community-oriented organizations in Germany. Our ambition: impact through structure, capital through trust, future through design. In the startup phase of our association's structure, we need an outstanding personality in the field of Finance and Capital Procurement, who is ready to take responsibility and work alongside the presidency with an entrepreneurial spirit.

As Vice President of Finance (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in building our financial architecture, focusing on investor relations, credit negotiations, capital planning, and cash flow generation.

In Short

• Develop and implement a sustainable financing strategy for building economic units.
• Direct contact with banks, investors, funding agencies, and strategic investors.
• Support for short-term cash flow security and strategic mid-term planning.
• Create and coordinate financing models, liquidity plans, and capital requirement analyses.
• Close collaboration with the VP of Business Operations and the federal board on all financial matters.
• Contribute to the development of pitch decks, investment offers, and buyback options.
• Build a robust network with capital providers, family offices, banks, and public institutions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in finance, economics, banking, corporate finance, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in investor relations, financing discussions, banking, or investment structures.
• High affinity for numbers, entrepreneurial thinking, and independent solution orientation.
• Ability to persuade capital partners effectively.
• Willingness to work voluntarily, with responsibility and strategic focus, in an outstanding organization.
• Strong identification with the DEHIB brand, highest integrity, and professional communication.
• Availability for regular meetings, remote work, and participation in strategic decision-making formats.
