Overview

The Senior ICT Engineer will be responsible for managing the virtualization layer using VMware software products, ensuring the stability and reliability of IT services and infrastructure.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
