The Employee Central Test Lead will oversee the testing and migration processes for the global SuccessFactors employee central implementation project, ensuring successful execution and alignment with best practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading Employee Central implementations for large organizations (5k+ users).
• Proven ability to design test and migration strategies.
• Strong knowledge of test management processes.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and German (optional).
• Upper intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
• Upper intermediate German proficiency (B2 level) is an advantage.
