Overview

The role involves leading the development and maintenance of the Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield platform, ensuring technical standards and best practices are met for a sustainable system architecture.

In Short

Define and document technical and functional standards for Salesforce.
Lead development team as a Lead Developer.
Set and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality.
Assist the Product Owner in defining technical acceptance criteria.
Ensure scalability, availability, and performance of the platform.

Requirements

Multiple years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield.
Expertise in platform development and integration.
Experience in platform configuration and APEX development.
Knowledge of data management, reporting, and API usage.
Experience as a Lead Developer with clean code principles.
Familiarity with security standards and software lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
