Overview

As a #3 Operator in our printing plant team, you will manage equipment setup, monitor production quality, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Vocational/technical degree preferred
• Good mechanical and technical skills
• Knowledge of Lean concepts
• Experience with various printing and packaging equipment
• Able to lift and move materials as required
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with safety and maintenance documentation
• Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment
