Senior Product Manager - Rooms & Visitor Management - Remote

Overview

You will take ownership of two of our newest product domains, requiring both 0-to-1 development and scaling efforts. Your mission is to introduce a simple, connected, and smart way for companies to manage on-site visitors while also enhancing how employees and facility managers interact with rooms, covering bookings, integrations, and services.

In Short

• Take full ownership of Rooms & Visitor Management modules.
• Prioritise opportunities in alignment with strategy using data insights.
• Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and test hypotheses.
• Drive cross-team alignment and improve Product Management execution.
• Help iterate on Product Management processes.
• Contribute to refining product vision, strategy, and success metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments.
• 3+ years in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in delivering B2B software solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive go-to-market success.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and Lean approaches.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
