Overview

The Data Modeler will work closely with business and technical SMEs to understand data consumption and reporting needs, while developing and maintaining data schemas and mappings.

In Short

  • Work with Business and technical SMEs to understand data needs.
  • Understand source system data structures.
  • Develop and maintain data schemas for various layers in the database.
  • Coordinate with ETL specialists on data mappings.
  • Support data model version control.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for deliverables.
  • Utilize BI technologies including ETL and Reporting.
  • Work with SQL/Oracle or other Data Modeling tools.
  • Experience with cloud solutions like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience with BI Technologies: ETL, Reporting, Data Quality.
  • Proficient in SQL/Oracle or Appliance DB.
  • Familiarity with Data Modeling tools like Erwin.
  • Experience in cloud solution design and development is preferred.
