In Short

• Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on social channels.
• Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement.
• Provide excellent experience through social channels.
• Escalate issues and insights through relevant channels.
• Understand clients’ social media strategy and brand guidelines.
• Ensure online community's safety policies are followed.
• Work a combination of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Native fluency in British English is required.
• Professional experience in social media moderation is necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
