We organize corporate-only events on various innovation management, and more recently, HR and marketing topics, hosted by companies in Europe, the US, and China, as well as our Summit in Copenhagen attended by 600 corporate innovators, the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

In Short

• Develop and implement tailored social media strategies, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality multi-format content.
• Create visually compelling content using Canva and/or similar tools.
• Monitor social media channels and foster community engagement.
• Maintain a dynamic social media calendar and identify content opportunities.
• Execute a content strategy across all digital channels.
• Occasional travel to events across Europe for social media coverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Proven ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Experience in inbound marketing and content strategies.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven.
• Strong storytelling skills for engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
