In Short

• Monitor market and industry trends in serial, modular, and hybrid construction.
• Proactively identify and acquire new contacts and construction projects via tender platforms.
• Develop and maintain a network of customers, prospects, and partners in the prefabricated construction sector.
• Provide technical consulting to architects, planning offices, investors, and other project participants.
• Evaluate projects for suitability for the company's prefabricated solutions.
• Prepare relevant project information for the sales team.
• Contribute to the creation of technical solutions, tender texts, and planning details.
• Support the sales team in the technical clarification of projects during the bidding phase.
• Conduct product and system presentations and provide professional advice internally, externally, and at trade events.

Requirements

• Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in consulting.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Experience with CRM systems and common MS Office applications is an advantage.
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel in the Bavaria region.
