Product Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

Delinea’s Cybersecurity organization is seeking an experienced Product Security Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and maturing an industry-leading Product Security Program.

In Short

• Lead Product Security Vulnerability Management efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain and mature Product Security tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST, ASPM).
• Define future state and multi-year roadmaps for product security.
• Advise on secure design of Delinea products and services.
• Participate in expanding/maturing Delinea’s S-SDLC program.
• Stay updated on the threat landscape and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Development and DevOps teams.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to various audiences.
• Balance security with business objectives.
• Creatively solve complex Product Security related problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in Cybersecurity.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Product Security role.
• Familiar with current Product Security threat landscape and best practices.
• Experience with AppSec tooling (SAST, SCA, DAST, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Defect tracking and Source code management tools.
• Understanding of cloud security technologies.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
• Proficiency with Azure and AWS.
