Overview

As an HR Talent Development & Culture Intern at Deezer, you will support the Talent Development Manager in initiatives that foster a culture of mobility, self-development, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In Short

  • Support the Talent Development Manager in career development programs.
  • Maintain and improve a job description library.
  • Assist with employee engagement campaigns.
  • Manage the engagement survey system.
  • Execute initiatives promoting the Be&Belong culture.
  • Facilitate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Gain practical experience in HR and talent development.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Work in a vibrant and inclusive environment.
  • 4 to 6 months internship starting from September 2025.

Requirements

  • At least one relevant internship in HR or project management.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
  • Creative mindset for impactful solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with positive energy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Motivation to implement DE&I initiatives.
