Overview

As a Talent Development & Culture Intern at Deezer, you will support the HR team in fostering a culture of growth, diversity, and inclusion within the company.

In Short

• Internship duration of 4 to 6 months starting from October 2025.
• Collaborate with the Talent Development Manager on career development initiatives.
• Support the implementation of internal communication and DE&I initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement campaigns and surveys.
• Assist in maintaining a job description library.
• Facilitate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Participate in organizing internal career events.
• Gain experience in project management and employee engagement.

Requirements

• At least one relevant internship in HR or project management.
• Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a motivation for impactful solutions.
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
