• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and real-time communication systems using WebSockets.
• Continuously refine the codebase, introduce security improvements, and help prioritize new features.
• Influence architectural decisions and guide technology choices that shape our products.
• Align tech efforts with business strategy by developing a strong understanding of product needs.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, and at least 5+ years of professional backend experience (or equivalent proven expertise) of hands-on experience as a Python backend developer.
• Solid knowledge in building microservices using Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment, preferably on Azure with Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
