Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Deep experience in designing AI-powered products.
• Strong skills in UI, UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Proven leadership in design for AI or ML products.
• Comfort with technical AI concepts and collaboration with engineers.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Data-informed design mindset.
• Passion for the intersection of design and AI.
• Knowledge of payroll, HR, or fintech domains is a plus.
