In Short

• Strategize, execute and optimize best-in-class brand paid media campaigns.
• Own all brand awareness paid media campaigns end-to-end.
• Full campaign management including planning strategy and vendor management.
• Drive reporting on effectiveness of campaigns and creative.
• Manage budgets and analyze past programs.
• Establish repeatable processes and best practices for campaign management.
• Collaborate with other Paid Media teams for streamlined efforts.
• Work closely with cross-team leaders for campaign execution.
• Mentor another paid media manager for collaborative execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing.
• Hands-on experience negotiating and optimizing marketing initiatives.
• Proven experience working widely across an organization.
• Deep understanding of paid media and the media industry.
• Highly collaborative and able to manage multiple projects.
• Clear understanding of the B2B marketing funnel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
