• Responsible for payroll processes for Dutch Payroll clients.
• Maintain payroll records including new hires, leavers, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, taxation, and social security regulations.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly payroll files.
• Manage client inquiries via telephone and email.
• Build and nurture client relationships to deliver world-class service.
• Perform additional duties as required by the operations team.
• Maintain KPI performance on client allocations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in local payroll legislation.
• University degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Organized and methodical approach to work.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Competent IT user of Excel, Word, and payroll systems.
• Ability to perform manual calculations if necessary.
