Overview

As an HR Expert for PEO Employee Lifecycle at Deel, you will handle complex people-related matters and support PEO employees throughout their lifecycle.

In Short

Serve as the in-house HR expert for US PEO employees.
Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and employee support.
Provide high-level support for HR-related queries.
Administer reports and HRIS tasks.
Enhance local experiences and scalable systems.

Requirements

7+ years of US HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of PEO experience.
Strong experience with PrismHR.
Analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues.
Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
Experience with JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
