Overview

The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes.

In Short

Handle complex people-related matters as they relate to the EOR employee lifecycle.
Own and drive EOR employee lifecycle processes.
Provide high-level support to EOR employees.
Admin support including report generation and HRIS administration.
Help create scalable systems for employee support.

Requirements

3-5 years of International HR experience focusing on Philippines Labor Law.
Strong analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues.
Data-driven mindset to improve employee experience.
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus.
