Overview

The Finance Executive at Deel will play a critical role in processing revenue invoices and managing the billing process for global teams, contributing to the company's mission of transforming how global talent connects with world-class companies.

In Short

• Process revenue invoices on a monthly/daily basis.
• Coding and referencing debtor invoices.
• Generate multiple kinds of sales invoices.
• Work with clients to obtain necessary relay.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for the finance function.
• Drive continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Manage and support the funding/billing process.
• Assist in month-end closing via finance reports.
• Handle accounts receivable mailbox.
• Respond to queries from internal and external clients.

Requirements

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent communication.
• Highly organized and structured in approach.
• Professional accountancy qualification is a benefit but not essential.
• Ability to report, interpret results, and present forensic analysis.
• Self-directed individual with initiative.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
