Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our team at interface.ai, a leading AI provider for banks and credit unions. The role focuses on managing billing inputs, payroll processing, vendor payments, financial reconciliations, and compliance.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams to gather billing inputs and prepare files.
• Record customer invoices and maintain collection databases.
• Process monthly payroll and manage employee onboarding.
• Account payroll entries and reconcile with salary registers.
• Work with PEO providers for labor compliance.
• Facilitate vendor setup and compliance filing.
• Verify vendor bills and payroll for the USA and Canada.
• Assist in month-end closing and budget forecasting.
• Support preparation of financial statements and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.
• Experience with PEO service providers preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast-paced.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
