In Short

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
  • Engage cross-functionally for new product development and client engagement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts.
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes.
  • Act as a client advocate focused on improving the buyer experience.
  • Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Requirements

  • Located in North Asia with Business Mandarin proficiency.
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience and client development.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory.
  • SFDC proficiency.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams for Customer Success.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup.
