Quality & Curriculum Assurance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Quality & Curriculum Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of curriculum design, delivery, and assessment across Decoded’s apprenticeship programmes.

In Short

• Manage the design and development of new apprenticeship programmes.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with standards and KSBs.
• Revise existing programmes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Implement the DEAR model and embed digital innovation.
• Oversee the IQA process and drive quality standards.
• Support accreditation and programme approval processes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of DfE funding rules and Ofsted EIF.
• Proven experience in apprenticeship curriculum design.
• Significant experience managing IQA processes.
• Track record of managing the Gateway process with EPAOs.
• Experience implementing Quality Improvement Plans.
